报告题目：On existence equations for the functional equations of Fermat type

报告摘要：In 1985, W.K. Hayman proved that there do not exist nonconstant meromorphic functions f, g and h satisfying the functional equation f^n+g^n+h^n=1 for n\geq 9. We prove that there do not exist nonconstant meromorphic solutions f, g, h satisfying the functional equation f^8+g^8+h^8=1. In 1971, N.Toda proved that there do not exist nonconstant entire functions f, g, h satisfying f^n+g^n+h^n=1 for n\geq 7. We prove that there do not exist nonconstant entire functions f, g, h satisfying the functional equation f^6+g^6+h^6=1. Our results answer questions of Gary G. Gundersen.

报告人简介: 李效敏，1967年出生，博士，中国海洋大学数学系教授。担任教育部学位中心评审专家、美国《数学评论》评论员和德国《数学摘要》评论员。2002年博士毕业于山东大学， 师从著名复分析专家仪洪勋教授。2010年9月至 2011年9月留学东芬兰大学(University of Eastern Finland) ，与Ilpo Laine 教授和 Risto Korhonen教授的科研团队从事复分析理论及其应用方面的理论研究，并于2011年8月在东芬兰大学获博士学位（指导教师：Ilpo Laine，Risto Korhonen）。近年来在复方程理论、函数唯一性理论、解析数论中的L-函数值分布理论（包含黎曼ζ函数ζ(s)的零点分布）、代数体函数理论等领域做出了许多重要的工作，在《Constructive Approximation》、《Annales Fennici Mathematici》、《Journal of Mathematical Analysis and Applications》、《Acta Mathematica Sinica》、《Acta Mathematica Scientia》、《中国科学：数学》等国内外重要数学期刊上发表70多篇SCI学术论文。主持和参与了多项国家自然科学基金项目和山东省自然科学基金项目。先后培养了二十多位优秀博士生和硕士生。荣获山东省高等学校优秀科研成果二等奖、中国海洋大学天泰优秀人才奖、瑞明奖教奖等。
